• Internal Auditor (All Standards)

Internal auditor training by IQS offers a thorough understanding of the principles and techniques of process-based auditing. Participants will develop the skills to determine process effectiveness following the guidelines of ISO 19011. 
Teaching methodologies include workshops, case studies and class discussions. The course is taught at the client's facility using their QMS documentation and processes. We also offer public classes. (Ask for details).

IQS Internal Audit Training is led by certified auditors with years of experience in the field (as 3rd Party Auditors), working with a variety of business sectors.

Course Credit:  1.6 CEU

 

• Lead Auditor (Not Accredited).

• Quality Management System Concepts.

• Quality Awareness.

• Inspection/Testing Methods (Quality Control)

•  Methods for Identifying and Managing Risk Factors

• Monitoring, Measurement, Analysis, and Improvement

• 7 Basic Quality Tools: Control Chart, Histogram, Pareto Chart, Cause-Effect / Ishikawa or Fishbone Diagram, Check Sheet, Scatter Diagram, Flow Charts

• Effective Root Cause Analysis (I.e., 8D's Methodology, 5 Why's, Ishikawa)

• Continuous Improvement/Problem Solving (Lean Manufacturing, 5S's, Six Sigma, etc.)

 

 

All trainings are offered on-site and off-site in a public setting
